Our meeting on August 21st was an impromptu gathering in the parking lot outside of the School District Administration Building as the Community Meeting Room was being used by District Leadership for Staff Training. During our time, District Governor Kathleen Olson presented our Club and 2025-2026 Club President Brian Lewis with the Rotary 2025-2026 Club Excellence Award. It is signed by IPRIP Francesco Arezzo, PRIP and current TRF Chair Holger Knaack and IPDG Isabelle Martinez Hayer.
Also, attending was Morgan Crosby who spoke about the District's Y.E.S. (Youth Engaged in Service) program. She encouraged our Club to continue supporting the various youth programs of Rotary: Interact, YAIL, RYLA and Rotaract.
