Retreat

New Board members and Committee Chairs will meet this Friday morning at 7:00 am at the New Country Grill. The purpose of the meeting is to use a "retreat" concept in drafting the budget for 2014-15, reviewing the results of the District 5050 survey for our club, review the 2014-15 Program of Work and discussing potential programs and projects.

Budget wise, we are in really great shape and that will be the deciding factor in any new proposals.The last two-three administrations have prepared us to always be prepared to have a budget in place that will ensure sufficient funds for the following year. Light Up Rotary is the theme for 2014-15. So, we need to plan wisely as we approach the coming year. The retreat is scheduled to end at 8:30 am. A lot to cram in the time I have allotted. Any member of the club is welcome to attend our retreat. Plus, it can serve as a make up for anyone who attends.
