Quigley Named to Head DSHS

Former Rotary Club of Lake Stevens Member Kevin Quigley has been named by Governor-Elect Jay Inslee to head the Washington State Department of Social & Health Services as reported in today's issue of The Everett Herald. Quigley served as Senator in the State Legislature from 1992 to 1996. He also ran for Congress in the 1990's. Up until last April he was President of Everett Shipyard.
