Membership Survey

UPDATE: Due to the results of the survey the Membership Committee decided to distribute another survey limiting the questions to either changing to Thursday evenings or maintaining the current Friday morning breakfast.  There were three additional questions related to the meeting times. Twenty one members returned the results at the conclusion of the meeting. Four members were not at the meeting today and will be contacted asking them to complete the survey so that we have the input from all of the active club members.

 Recently each member received a survey from the Membership Committee. The purpose of the survey is to access the meeting venue. Should the club switch from our current Friday morning format to a Thursday evening venue. It is important to hear from everyone of our members. In order to bring this to a decision, we need to have all completed surveys returned by Friday, November 18th by 12 noon. After the surveys are tabulated, the Membership Committee will review the results and make a recommendation to the Board for consideration at the next meeting on December 13th. There are good reasons for each of the venues listed above. The future of the clubs depends on keeping our current members while expanding the size of our club with new faces eager to build our club and community. Regardless of the outcome, it is imperative that each member search for new members and bring them to the attention of the club. Remember, send in your surveys by Friday at 12 noon.
