It is with very heavy hearts that we share that Charter Club Member Joyce Bell passed away this morning. Our Club started in 1991 and she served as President 2002-2003. She was able to participate in our Holiday Party last month at the Spencer Residence. We were all glad to spend time with her.
A Memorial Service is being planned and information will be shared soon.
