The challenge by two prominent members Bill Demeroutis and John Huber was announced at our meeting on Friday to become involved in the Hungry Hearts Bowl 2017. Two deadlines to meet are on August 11th and 18th. The two had already given $100 and another $120 was raised during the meeting. The purpose is to collect kid-friendly food items or dollar donation to earn points. Certain foods score more points. Earn your place in the finals by scoring the most points in the first two games.
The Hungry Hearts Bowl 2017 started on August 6th and ends on August 25th with donation drop off on August 26th. So, the challenge is on.
