How to get a Paul Harris for $500

The following message is from Governor Larry Jubie. He has made an offer to match your funds for a Paul Harris Award. If you combine his offer with our club offer of matching up to $250, you could get a Paul Harris Award for $500. This can be awarded to you or an individual you deem worthy of the Paul Harris Award. We all know of the good work that The Rotary Foundation does. Group Study Exchanges, Ambassadorial Scholars, Peace Scholars, Polio Plus, Matching Grants, and the list goes on. These programs cannot be done without the help of all Rotarians.
Here is a special opportunity to make a donation to The Rotary Foundation and get extra credit.
How can this be done you ask?
Here are the rules: This is available to every individual Rotarian in District 5050.
Make a contribution to The Rotary Foundation during the month of May, 2010. (Contributions must be made to The Annual Programs Fund or Polio Plus.)
For every $500. US contribution made in the month of May by an individual, that person will receive an additional 250 recognition points towards your Paul Harris Fellow.
A maximum of 500 recognition points will be given to each individual. (A maximum of 50,000 recognition points will be given away during the month. It will be on a first come first served basis.)
You must fill out the TRF Global Contribution Form (123-EN)
You can pay by credit card or check but, the form must be mailed, faxed (425-258-9618), or emailed (lwjubie31@hotmail.com) directly to the District Governor: Larry Jubie 328 Alverson Blvd. Everett, WA 98201 If you are sending a check it must be payable to "The Rotary Foundation" and mailed to me along with the form.
