A plaque at North Cove Park honoring the memory and accomplishments of Terri Spencer is so deserving. Terri was a founding member of the Rotary Club of Lake Stevens and was President in 1996-97. There is so much more to the impact Terri had on Lake Stevens and other communities around us.
