Early sunny skies, chilly but a delightful evening downtown at the Mill as trick or treaters surrounded the area with kids of all ages vying for candy, dressed in fantastic costumes. Lake Stevens Rotary shared a tent with the Lake Stevens Arts and Parks Foundation greeted by Fred, the Honory Rotary Dragon, loaned to the club by Mike and Laurie Westover. Fred was a huge fan favorite the whole evening as families took pictures of their costumed kids and Fred. Fun evening.
