Wow, The Mad Hatter made an appearance and Tracy & Joyce were busy at the fishing pond.
Halloween in downtown Lake Stevens was really big with all kinds of activities. Popcorn was extremely popular as was the fishing pond inside the Community Center. Outside, the Lion's Club gave away close to 1,000 hot dogs. Kids with great costumes with parents dressed to the hilt as well. You couldn't ask for a better evening and entertainment event, safe with lots of treats, games, music and just plain ol' Halloween fun!! The Police, Fire, City and Chamber plus the Service Clubs and churches put on a fantastic Halloween outing.
