Don Iverson, President-Elect ran the meeting on a couple Friday's ago and updated the members on the Corks, Kegs & Coins Fundraiser. Don started the discussion by showing the layout of the Mill and a diagram of the event with an outside foyer available for adult guests to sit and enjoy wine or beer. We have retained the services of an Auctioneer Paul Rogers. Challenges with the sound system were debated and questions arose about the State's requirements, but it is under control according to Don.
Club members are reminded to push Coin Quest ticket sales, bring a Silent Auction or two items, two bottles of wine and 2 large bottles of beer. Deadline for submitting Silent Auction items is two weeks before Oct. 1st event. Silent Auction will be available at Greater Giving one week prior to the event.
