Congratulations!

The Rotary Club of Lake Stevens extends its congratulations to Derek Franz on earning his Masters in Architecture from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Derek is the son of Lake Stevens Rotarians Dean and Debe Franz. He plans to return to Washington--after three years away--to begin his career in architecture.
