Club Member Social

Under our new format, the third Thursday of each month will be devoted to a Club Member-guest Social. The inaugural social was held on Thursday, April 18th at Papa's Mexican Grill. Everyone was having so much fun visiting with members and our six guests that the 6-7 pm social did not end until after 8 pm. The move to the new meeting format is our Club's effort to attract new members and share the Rotary story with one another. Good food, fun drinks, a fantastic social and fellowship was the balance throughout the evening. The format for the social will vary but its intent to find new members, embrace one another in a social setting, sharing Rotary information on current activities like the Wine and Beer Tasting Fundraiser and the upcoming AquaFest-Duck Dash ticket sales. Sponsors are needed for these events and the social provides an outlet for talking about our Club's various community and international activities. The next meeting will be at Papa's Mexican Grill on Thursday, May 16th. Come join us.
