Club Assembly

Last week's meeting was a Club Assembly with most of the discussion on the April 21st Wine, Beer and Silent Auction.
 
Each member is responsible for securing an advertiser, sponsoring two gift baskets for the auction, 2 bottles of wine and 2 large bottles of beer.  Sponsors vs. Advertisers. We prefer to use the event as an opportunity to advertise a merchants business. We need to secure all advertisers by March 1st. Tickets will be available shortly thereafter. The main goal is to have all advertisers listed on all of our materials.
 
All Club Members are asked to be available on April 21st to work this very important fundraiser. Set up will begin at 2 pm on April 21st at the Everett Community College.  Each member will be given a specific task for that evening. Our goal is to raise $25,000-$30,000 so that we can increase our scholarship awards dollars and the amount we contribute to local non-profits and community activities.
 
Community Services News: Cocoon House - In other news, we continue to be host at the Cocoon House on a monthly basis. Contact Tracy if you are interested in participating and being one of the host.
