Back to School Support

Justin Reid from the Lake Stevens Family Center was one of our guest at the August 15th meeting. The Lake Stevens Family Center is in the midst of collecting supplies and donations for their Back to School promotion. A number of items are needed including Backpacks, Notebook paper "college rule", pencil pouches, scissors, colored markers and pencil sharpeners. The Family Center is accepting monetary donations to be used to purchase any additional items needed for the event. At the conclusion of Justin's request, our club presented a check in the amount of $250 in support of the Back to School event. Several members gave their own cash/check contribution. This is a great program that everyone should financially support.
