




On Friday, December 19th, our Club donated funds for the second time this year. Receiving funds were: Lake Stevens Senior Center, $2,000 represented by Jerry Stumbaugh, President; Anthony Hawley, for the Lake Stevens Community Food Bank/Hungry Hearts; Elizabeth Miller for the Lake Stevens Resources Center and John Spencer, Reshal Ploeger and Jim Haugen, board members for the Lake Stevens Arts & Parks.
Funds for the Lake Stevens Senior Center will be used for the December 25th Christmas Dinner and Balancing Program; Funds for the Lake Stevens Community Food Bank/Hungry Hearts will be used for their Backpack program; the Lake Stevens Resource Center funds will provide cold weather clothing for their participants; Sherwood Community Services for sensory bags; and the Lake Stevens Arts & Parks funding will go for a woodland path walkway at the new Sno-Isle Library; and unavailable on Friday was the Friends of the Library which will go for the library's children's program.
