State of the Station - Naval Station Everett

Captain Lakamp is the Commanding Officer of Naval Station Everett.​

Captain Lakamp was born in Western Nebraska and raised in Central Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois where he received his commission through NROTC in 1992 after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Prior to reporting as the Commanding Officer of Naval Station Everett, Captain Lakamp served as a Senior Assessor for Engineering Assessments Pacific.
