Zoning and Land Use within the City of Lake Stevens

David will educate us on existing and new rules, zoning and land use requirements within the City of Lake Stevens.  The Growth Management Act requires that cities like Lake Stevens establish areas where they will allow increased desity to absorb anticipated population growth.  Our City government has been working hard to see that growth is directed to areas that are best able to accommodate it.
