Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves

Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves (www.esgr.mil) do several things for both employers and employees who are in the National Guard and Reserves.

 

For the employer, they provide help working with the reserve forces since some are deployed for over a year and some several times.  For the reservist, they guide them through their rights by law which is the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act. They also have an awards program the the reservist can recognize their manager or their company anytime that they are serving.
