In March 2007 Lake Stevens/Granite Falls Rotary Club (as we were known at the time) members installed a play set including a slide and separate climbing wall from the ground up at Housing Hope's New Century Village low-income housing in Everett. Since that time, upgrades to Lundeen Park, the completion of a joint agreement between the County and City to develop a Skateboard Park with other amenities, support for Hungry Hearts, the Lake Stevens Family Center, Lake Stevens Senior Center, Lake Stevens Food Band and Sherwood Community Services has been an annual activity. |
