Speaker of the Week: Jessica Waggoner

This week, we are pleased to welcome Jessica Waggoner, Director of Operations for the Lincoln Theatre, as our featured speaker.

Jessica is an operations and human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience leading organizational growth, developing high-performing teams, and aligning strategy with execution. In her role at the Lincoln Theatre, she is dedicated to advancing the Theatre's mission to entertain, inform, and inspire through diverse programming and meaningful educational experiences.

A proud member of the Mount Vernon Rotary Club, Jessica will share the Lincoln Theatre's rich history, its mission, the celebration of its 100th anniversary, and its exciting Centennial Campaign as the Theatre looks toward its next century of serving the community.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, the performing arts, lifelong learning, and spending time with her family as a proud grandparent. She strives to bring curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to growth and connection to everything she does.
