Our speaker on December 14th is Mark Lijek, who is one of the six Americans the CIA and Canadian Government helped to sneak out of Tehran during the Iranian Revolution. Mark and his wife Cora have been unable to talk about their ordeal publically, because until recently, it has been classified. Mark Lijek sent to Tehran in July 1979, on his very first tour as a foreign-service officer.
