Westlake Bay Village Rotary Art Festival

This year, the Rotary Art Festival is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 31, 2021 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Dozens of artists will be participating this year. Food and drink will be available. Music is scheduled throughout the day. The Festival itself will be on the grounds just west of Westlake Porter Public Library.  Parking will be next-door at Westlake Elementary School. Admission to the event is free to the public.
