RotaCare is a free healthcare clinic for people who are uninsured or underinsured. The clinic is a pilot project for the development of additional clinics in the Greater Los Angeles Region. The clinic is staffed by volunteer medical personnel. The clinic is solely supported through philanthropy. Gwen Petrick is managing the project.
