The highlight of the event is the Cardboard Boat Race which is hysterically funny, but very competitive. Does your club want to compete?
We will also have a Chili Competition and even a Hula Competition! The District 5280 Rotaract and Interact clubs plan and run games for all ages. There is also swimming in the Seaside Lagoon and a great water slide. We have some seating, but urge everyone who has a beach chair to bring it along!
There is no charge for the picnic, but we hope every club in the district will provide food or will contribute funds to help pay for this event. We already have generous donations of hot dogs, Korean BBQ and a Roasted Pig!
