Debbie Ahl has spent the vast majority of her career in healthcare, with 10 years in hospital administration / program development and 20 years as a health payer, including 10 years as President / CEO of Sterling Health Plans - a Medicare Advantage company, a sub of the publicly traded Aon Corporation.  She spent two additional years as CEO following the acquisition of Sterling by Munich Re.  She now serves as the Executive Director of Mount Baker Foundation.
