"Snack Shack 101"

President Kay O'Brien arranged for the Tuesday, August 25^th meeting to be held at Bishop Park.  The Snack Shack was set up there and the Rotary Club of Bishop members participated in a "How to Operate and set up the Snack Shack" program.  Larry Clark taught "Cooking Hot Dogs and Other Foods" and Burt Harsted gave a tour on "equipment operation."  Hot Dogs, chips, drinks, fruit and cookies were served.  A sign-up sheet to work the snack shack for the forthcoming Tri County Fair was passed around.  Wow, members are ready to go to work and raise some money!
