New Member Dave Balcom

April 14, 2009 PDG Bob Tomko, Sr., conducted the induction of Dave Balcom.  Sponsor Larry Clark and President Dana Crom participated in the ceremony.  As a former member of six different Rotary Clubs, Dave has a history of his involvement in Rotary and said he was here "with bells on" to work for Rotary.
