The Rotary Foundation’s GSE program is a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity for business people and professionals between the ages of 25 and 40 who are in the early stages of their careers.  The program provides travel grants for teams to exchange visits in paired areas of different countries.  For 4 – 6 weeks, team members experience the host country’s culture and institutions, observe how their vocations are practiced abroad, develop personal and professional relationships and exchange ideas.
The combined Bishop Rotary clubs picked up the GSE team at Coso Junction Saturday, May 19th where they stayed with the Bishop Host families.    Sunday and Monday they were taken on tours of the Eastern Sierra including Bristlecone Pines.  After the noon meeting Tuesday, they were taken to Mammoth Lakes where they would meet their Mono County host families.
