The training embraces the development of Rotarians from pre-membership education through participation on District staff.  It combines professional, general and specific educational opportunities in order that participants achieve the dual goals of individual development and satisfactory completion of ever more responsible positions in the Rotary hierarchy. Topics for the presentations and instruction included:  Leading with Vision, Communications, Leading with Skill, Rotary:  Your Club and You and Public Speaking.  Tom Hardy of the Sunrise Club led the meeting.
