2012 District 5260 "Farewell Conference"

The Rotary Club of Bishop Rotarians Mike Gable, Lewis and Betty McConnell, Brad and Diane Mettam, Ed and Pat Nahin and Leo and Delia Pisculli attended the Rotary International District 5260 "final" conference June 8th and 9th held at the Beverly Garland Hotel, North Hollywood.The Friday evening "Celebrating Our Past" dinner was a nostalgic tribute to the history of our District. The first plenary session held on Saturday morning celebrated community and vocational service. Highlight of that meeting was a game of Jeopardy led by Mel 
Powell. The second plenary session celebrated international service, our Rotary Foundation, and the Group Study Exchange Team. The Governor's Dinner held Saturday Evening embraced Rotary's Future.
