Anup has a long history as an honorable Rotarian: member since 1986, two terms President of Rotary Club of Burnaby-Hasting (1997 and 2001) and member of Rotary Club of Surrey (former Guilford) since 2003.
Anup Singh Jubbal was a business man, community activist and the Founder, President and CEO of Canadian Eyesight Global, an organization committed to prevent blindness among impoverished citizens in rural India.
With the support of dedicated doctors, Rotary Clubs and volunteers, Anup provided restoration of eyesight to tens of thousands of people in rural India since 1989 and also organized Free Eye Health Clinics in Canada since 2003.
