May 5th. we are pleased to announce that our Guest speaker will be Mr William Henge-Sheng Chuang- Director General,Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Vancouver. The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vancouver was established in 1991 to promote bilateral relations and cultural and educational exchanges between Taiwan and western Canada. It also provides consular services, such as visa issuance and document certification, to foreigners and Taiwan nationals.
A great opportunity to build links into Taiwan.
