Our speakers on March 29th 2011 . Melanie Holden and Cyndy Hill from the Surrey Public Library were presented with checks totalling $2,000 following their presentation showing us the new library in Whalley and providing an update on the two literacy programs we have supported since 1998. "Give the kids a Muffin" and the Young Adult Contest writing workshop.The funding comes from our Gaming Grant from the Province of British Columbia.
