I was happy to invite newly elected City of Surrey Councillor Brenda Locke as a guest to meet with members of the Rotary Club Surrey at the Breakfast meeting at Ricky's All day Grill Restaurant at Evergreen Mall last week. Brenda was from 2001 to 2005 MLA of Surrey Green Timbers. Brenda while MLA also served as Minister of State for Mental Health and Addiction Services.
