K B WOODWOOD BBQ

A resounding sucess . The weather was great the sun beat down on the 100's of families attending the 2nd Annual KB WOODWOOD BBQ . Earlier in the day the students husked over 1000 ears of corn and made them ready for our cooking crew.

We had a large contingent of members out to cook up the Corn over 1000 ears of corn were cooked buttered and served.

Master chef .Roy Holman directed the crew. Bryce McElroy and Lorne Swindells handled the boiling.Duane,Buchanan John Campbell and david Attfield flipped them on the BBQ and delivered them to Dick who applied a liberal amount of melted Butter.Then the front line of John Koropatnisky,Bill Burnet,Judy Holland,Marianne Brown assisted by Chef Roy served up the final product.

The kids and parents were truly pleased and we received many compliments throughout the event.
