iROTARY Remember this you will hear it a lot say's District Governor Sean Hogan. On tuesday Oct 2nd we were honored by the presence of our District Governor as he completed his Formal Annual visit to our Club. Sean provided an iNSPIRING PowerPoint presentation of the power of i . He also expanded on the need for us all to embrace Social Media and attract new members to increase our Service to the Community. Remember we are the i in Serv(i)ce.
During his visit he bestowed a couple of awards Paul Harris +2 for Bryce McElroy (This means that Bryce has given more than $2000 to our Foundation). A service award to Myself and John Koropatnisky (currently sunning in Mexico - so like at the Oscars John Riley accepted it on his behalf and will present it when he returns)
He also gave us an update on the progress and plans for the District Conference which will be held at the 4 Seasons
Hotel in Vancouver May31-June 2 2013.
