The home accommodates 400 residents and has 200 staff.<br>
A Major enterprise providing several levels of care and Support to Seniors. Evergreen Baptist Home offers three levels of service:
a. Supportive Housing - Evergreen Manor is a 110 rental unit building that offers a Seniors Supportive Housing (SSH) Program.
b. Assisted Living units Evergreen Heights offers 84 funded Assisted Living units designed for people who can continue to live independently with some assistance.
c. Complex Care is provided to those who can no longer be supported at home safely. This may be due to physical limitations or issues such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Residents living in complex care receive 24 hour nursing care.
Family / Residency Support

b. Our chaplaincy seeks to provide encouragement, compassion and support in spiritual care. We value the sanctity and dignity of life at all stages. We value the whole person, body, mind and spirit. We value networking with the health-care team and faith communities.
c. A variety of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks are prepared fresh on site for our residents and tenants.
We offer a seasonal 4 week cycle menu with special menus set for holidays and special occasions. Menus are determined by a licensed Dietitian and are based upon Canada’s Food Guide standards. Residents and tenants are encouraged to provide input regarding food and menu preferences for implementation wherever possible.
Each building has its own dining room where the residents gather to share meals together. Our main meal is served at noon with a lighter meal in the evening.
Guests and family members are invited to purchase meal tickets in advance to enjoy a meal with a loved one. Guest meals tickets are sold at the reception desk prior to 10 am each day.
d. Guest Suites: Evergreen is pleased to offer two one-bedroom guest suites at a competitive rate for families of residents living within our campus of care. The units are equipped with full kitchens. Meals can be purchased in advance at the reception area.
