ADVENTURES in CITIZENSHIP -2012

Last week we had the pleasure of meeting Alliance Babunga our representative to the 2012 Adventures in Citizenship Program hosted by The Rotary Club of Ottawa.
Alliance is a student at Kwantlen Park Secondary School and gave us the presentation that won her the opportunity to be our representative to Ottawa.
She is a recent immigrant to Canada arriving just 2 years ago who really understands the benefits of our country. She came from the War Torn country of DR CONGO in Africa.
In her presentation she spoke to the Free and Multicultral Society we call CANADA. She will be a worthy representative of her School and our Club.
