The count down is on and WOW it looks like we are almost READY. Well done Ian & Alison and all the team members.
We do need Volunteers so please put the word out to everyone you know. We can NOT put on this huge Community event without our Volunteers. www.portmoodyribfest.ca
If you need anything for RIBFEST, PLEASE contact Ian or Alison and let them know soonest. We do not want to be scrambling on the Thursday for setup. AND we need 'all hands on deck' on Monday July 21st., for take down. This is a huge job and we need lots of help.
We have been working with 'Honey Mustard Media' to spread the word about our Port Moody Rotary RIBFEST and we also need 'YOUR' Help. When you are on social media, and you see anything about our RIBFEST, please share it with your friends. It really helps to get the word out. Also it will help raise the jackpot for our 50/50 sales.

Community Grants were approved at the last Board meeting of the year and we approved the following/
1. Nothing Dragon Program for students
2. Tri-City Transitions Society
3. Sasamat Camp Outdoor Centre- Tree planting
4. College Park Celebration
5. Volunteer Cancer Drivers
6. Thanksgiving Dinner for St. Joseph's church
It's that time of year again and your DUES ARE DUE !!!We have an option this year to pay 1/2 the year dues now and December 31st, pay the last half. Please pay when you receive your bill. Please check your junk mail as that is where My bill went. You can pay via e-transfer to: treasurer@portmoodyrotary.ca or via cheque or VISA.
