RESOLVED AS AN ORDINARY RESOLUTION that the Rotary Club of Port Moody ("the Club")
commits a total contribution of $xxxxx toward the Legacy Project, contingent upon the successful conclusion of ongoing negotiations by the Legacy Committee and the approval of a final agreement by the Board. The Club agrees to allocate between $xxxxxx and $xxxxxx from existing funds immediately, with the remaining balance to be secured through investments, donations, and a fundraising campaign, and to be paid no later than upon the completion of the building.

We also have Steve in our prayers as he is healing and now going through chemo. What a warrior he has been. !!!!
