What a night !!!
So many people to thank that made our Rotary Club of Port Moody's Installation 2024 memorable.
First of all Thank you to our MC Darrell and his lovely wife Krista 'on their Anniversary' for starting off the night with the 'Magic Show' and Darrell for keeping everything flowing so nicely throughout the night.
Darrell mentioned that we have 4 Charter members still very active in our Rotary Club.

Thanks to Gary for leading us in O'Canada and for an inspirational invocation.
It was so nice that the incoming Presidents from all 3 of the Tri-City Clubs came and that incoming DGN Isabelle was there to enjoy our night and help PAG Al with the pins for the Installation.
Thank you to PP Paul for his 'always well spoken' thank you to President Susan and Treasurer Jim for an amazing year and the presentation of gifts to them.
President Susan gave a great speech about her year and how grateful she was to lead our Rotary Club. Susan thanked her Board and gave a special thank you to Ian MacPhail, Gayle Carter and myself as we are going off the Board for this year. Well done Susan.
PAG Al did an outstanding job with the Installation of President Elect Rick and his new board.
Susan gave the gavel to Rick & he in turn presented her Past President's Pin
Rick then gave his speech about his vision for this coming Rotary year. We are looking forward to working along side of Rick this year.
Now PP Susan presented her Paul Harris to a very deserving Vida Peterson for all the work Vida has done over the the years with 'Days for Girls'. Everyone was thrilled that Vida received this award.
Special thanks to Ramin for setting up the sound system and for Dave for helping. [and to Brian D for lending us the system]
And what did you think of our photographer? Thank you so much Clayton for your very creative photography with props and all. We will make sure everyone will get their photos.
The night would not be the same without Jay & Chef Yuraj from Saint Street Grill & staff. The food was great and the service always amazing. The saying is 'we will be back'.
Thank you to Gayle & Trish for shopping & organizing a great night.
On to a great new Rotary year with President Rick at the helm & his new Board. Every Rotarian can make a difference !!!
