Bill we hope you heal quickly
Note from Bill:
Update on me: after my fall and short time at emergency where I actually saw the X-ray showing the crack, I was hopeful of a good report from the specialist I was assigned in New West (as it turns out I had already been to the specialist about 4 years before COVID for an elbow issue which he fixed up quickly and without surgery). I met with him yesterday, had another battery of x-rays at his office, and he said everything looks good, no breaks just a crack at the top of the Tibia below the tibial plateau (probably only Ian and maybe Joan know what this is). I also got a much more "hi-Tech" knee brace with presets we can change each weak as the crack starts to repair and I can expand my range of motion safely, I had read the x-rays correctly and kind of was hoping for this result. I expect it might be the end of February or early March before I am able to get back to all the things I always do but will let you know if there are any setbacks or if healing happens more quickly.
Paul we hope you too heal quickly and we are thinking about your Dad too.
