A POSSIBLE Future of Transportation in Tarrrant County

Russell Schaffner began as Tarrant County’s Mobility Coordinator in January 2016. In his role, he coordinates long range transportation projects and keeps the Commissioners Court apprised of transportation policy developments. Before starting with the county, Russell worked as a transportation consultant at a consulting firm. Russell graduated from Midwestern State University.
