Colleyville Heritage and Di Voce Jazz Choirs
It's Beginning to Sound Like Christmas!

The Colleyville Heritage Ovation and Di Voce Jazz Choirs are auditioned ensembles of some of the most outstanding musicians in the Colleyville Heritage Panther Choir Program. The groups perform a wide range of repertoire including traditional vocal jazz and contemporary a cappella music both on campus and throughout the community. Members of the CHHS Jazz Choirs are part of our comprehensive choral program of nine ensembles and approximately 200 students that make up the CHHS Panther Choirs. The Panther Choir seeks to provide a rich music education for students with an emphasis on building strong character through music participation. The students in the Panther Choir represent the diversity of activities offered on our campus through involvement in other fine arts, rigorous academics, athletics, student leadership and service organizations. Under the direction of Thomas Rinn since 2014, and joined by Adam Gilliland in 2018, the CHHS Panther Choirs have quickly established a reputation for high level choral performance receiving consistent UIL Sweepstakes awards and accolades at festivals across the United States. Students maintain active performance schedules both as ensemble members and as soloists performing in our community, across the state, nation, and on international performance tours including an upcoming 2019 tour to Budapest, Vienna, and Salzburg.  The Panther Chorale has been recognized as one of the premier choral ensembles in the United States with invitations to perform for the Texas Music Educators Association and Southwest American Choral Directors Association in 2018 and the Texas Association of School Administrators Conference in 2019.
