Starting on Friday, August 21, Manhattan Beach police officers will be doing walking patrols in the downtown area from 4 to 10 pm. City Council voted unanimously to approve this special detail. It will not reduce our officers normally on duty at that time.

Finally, the LA County Registrar confirms that MB will have two drop-off ballot boxes open in advance of the upcoming 11/3/20 election. The ballot boxes will be open 24/7.
