Deputy DA Heather Steggell of the LA County Gang Homicide Division talked about prosecuting gang members. She was most recently involved in the case of the stabbing on the Santa Monica Pier.  She is an author but also prior to being a lawyer she was employed as a sales executive at a Fortune 500 Company.
