Thank you for your prompt reply. I will send a request to the Open World DC office asking if we could have a group nominated by a Rotary Club in Russia in the first quarter of 2010. Usually we host those groups in the Fall, but there is plenty of time to work on a niche-nominated group. Most likely we'll have that group either in March or April next year. As soon as I have more information I'll let you know.
