Doug Baker DG Again

Great news for Rotary District 5280.  Doug Baker has accepted the challenge left by the untimely death of District Governor–Elect Jim Dyer. Doug showed his home club the courtesy of announcing this big new to us before it went world-wide.  He has agreed to enter that empty slot and finish the work that will lead up to an unprecedented second-time District Governorship of Rotary.  What a great chance for Doug to achieve any unfinished visions from his first term as governor.  And what a lucky break for the District, to have a capable leader like Doug on hand, ready to turn an emergency into a success.

Congratulations, Doug.  We love being the Gov’s home club.  Can’t wait till you come to give us the Gov’s speech.
