Please join us on November 19, 2020 to help package Thanksgiving meals for 250 families in need in the Carson, Gardena, and Rancho Dominguez communities. We are looking for volunteers to help pack the food boxes and load them into the recipients' cars. Masks and gloves will be provided for all volunteers. Every year, the Rotary Club of Carson-Gardena-Dominguez’s Operation Gobble program distributes Thanksgiving meal boxes to up to 250 families in need in the Carson, Gardena and Rancho Dominguez communities. The Club partners with sponsors such as Golden State Water Company and Watson Land Company, in addition several other local businesses. The Thanksgiving meals are distributed to regional centers and schools that serve families with limited resources who may otherwise go without a meal this Thanksgiving holiday. The distribution will take place in the parking lot of the Doubletree Hotel in Carson on November 19, 2020.
